Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay: $21.50/hour

Experience: At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Type: Full‑time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Operate process equipment to meet production goals and maintain product quality.
• Oversee production floor operations when the shift operator is absent.
• Assist with employee training, daily production scheduling, and ERP system functions.
• Support routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Monitor quality control processes and maintain accurate production records.
• Load and unload reactors, perform shipping tasks, and verify order fulfillment.
• Maintain safety standards, housekeeping protocols, and plant organization.

• Strong work ethic, attendance, and punctuality.
• Basic mechanical and machine maintenance skills.
• Computer literacy for data entry and scheduling.
• Ability to multitask and perform various production duties.
