About the Role
Small companies face many of the same pricing, coverage, and claims challenges as large employers. In some ways they require more hands‑on consulting and remarketing than any other type of client. In this role you’re the primary point of contact acting as a Small Business Client Service Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities- Personally manage clients as the lead account manager
- Oversee the team’s performance. Make sure workloads are manageable. Provide support and insight on problems and escalated issues.
- Ensure agency processes and best practices are being followed.
- Participate in employee reviews and performance management. Provide training and mentoring.
At least five (5) years of insurance client service/account management experience working with small business processes and policies.
Active state insurance license.
