As Center Manager, you will manage all location staff functions to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the financial integrity of the company. You will set and achieve annual/monthly sales and production objectives to ensure profitability. You will protect all Goodyear assets, including inventory, accounts receivable, trucks, and equipment, with the goal of reducing operating costs.

• Manage daily and annual operations of the commercial tire center
• Ensure growth of sales and profit generation, improve productivity of sales staff, and meet profitability goals
• Achieve total customer satisfaction by maintaining a Total Quality Culture and meeting business needs
• Supervise and train Center personnel, including department managers, service managers, and office managers, to reach their maximum potential
• Inform management of all competitive products, practices, and distribution
• Prioritize tasks to manage center workload and meet business needs for maximum benefit
• Train, develop, motivate, and lead teams to meet common goals
• Lead sales personnel in user calls, fleet tire and alignment analysis, and market presentation, including inside sales staff
• Manage safety, health and environmental processes, conduct morning safety huddles, and report required paperwork for injuries and accidents
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting of commercial tires and wheels

• 2 years or more of successful management experience
• Valid driver’s license for the required vehicle type and ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements (at least 21 years of age)
• No relocation is being offered for this position
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• Ability to meet commercial driver qualification requirements
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience in commercial tire sales or service
• Knowledge of tire manufacturing and production systems

• Strong oral and written communication ability
• Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work safely
• Ability to work in a results‑oriented, fast‑paced team environment
• Self‑starter, willing to take initiative, work independently, and attend required training sessions
