House Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise household staff (e.g., helpers, chef, drivers), ensuring they perform their roles to a high standard and providing necessary training and guidance.
• Ensure high standards in the daily operations of the household, including cleanliness, maintenance, decor, and security.
• Manage household guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Handle household administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining an efficient household office.
• Oversee household budgets and negotiate with suppliers to procure necessary household items and services.
• Plan and organize household events, ensuring that necessary supplies are procured and logistics are managed.

• Proven experience in managing household operations, especially for landed properties, and in overseeing household staff in an executive's residence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise household staff.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to liaise comfortably with staff and vendors.
• Experience managing the residence of a CEO or similar executive, including direct oversight of household staff.
• Ability to adapt to various household demands, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Experience in negotiation and management for household services and procurement.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff is preferred.
