Genesis 360 is seeking a Project Manager to manage execution of federal and complex commercial projects. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordination, documentation, subcontractor oversight, and client communication from project initiation through closeout.

This role requires experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments and the ability to manage scope, schedule, documentation, and multiple stakeholders with limited oversight.

• Manage execution of assigned federal and complex commercial projects
• Plan mobilization, schedules, and execution milestones
• Coordinate daily activity with Operations, Accounting, SEC, HR, and Compliance
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes, schedules, documentation, and performance
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready project files
• Prepareprojectreports, schedules, correspondence, and required submissions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and client reviews
• Track scope changes and coordinate cost and schedule impacts with Accounting
• Identify execution, compliance, or schedule risks and escalate as required
• Manage project closeout documentation and final deliverables

• Travel required based on project location
• Includes day trips and overnight travel for site visits and meetings

• Experience managing federal, infrastructure, orregulated commercial projects
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors
• Strong documentation and reporting discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Federal contracting or compliance-driven project environments
• Heavy civil, infrastructure, dredging, or multi-phase commercial projects
• Familiarity with audit-ready documentation andreportingrequirements

This role provides direct responsibility for project execution and coordination across regulated and complex project environments. Project Managers at Genesis 360 are expected to manage delivery with accuracy, documentation discipline, and accountability. The position offers exposure to federal and complex commercial work and the opportunity to develop professionally through increased responsibility over time.

• Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, anticipated range $110,000 to $130,000
