Senior Project Manager

Location: Orange County, California

We are partnering with a rapidly growing heavy civil contractor specializing in transportation infrastructure to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple major bridge projects across Orange County and Southern California.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven bridge PM who can take full ownership of complex structural projects—from preconstruction through closeout—while mentoring teams and driving performance across schedule, safety, and profitability.

• Lead and oversee multiple large-scale bridge projects
  , including new construction, widening, and rehabilitation
• Manage all phases of project delivery:
  preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Provide strategic leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and margin performance
• Drive schedule adherence and proactively mitigate project risks and change events
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, Caltrans/DOT agencies, designers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with Caltrans/DOT requirements, safety standards, and quality control programs
• Support pursuit strategy, constructability reviews, and preconstruction planning for upcoming bridge work
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience
  , with a strong focus on bridge and transportation projects
• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager or Lead Project Manager on bridge construction projects
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts (DOT, Caltrans, public works preferred)
