Chief Executive Officer

Our client is a high-growth, PE-backed aerospace engine component manufacturer with a strong foundation for leading OEMs. With ambitious growth plans to triple revenue over the next 3–5 years, the company is seeking a transformative leader to drive strategy, execution, and market expansion.

As CEO, you will be the hands‑on leader of the organization, responsible for setting the strategic direction while ensuring flawless operational execution. You will work closely with the Board and private equity partners to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and strengthen relationships with major aerospace OEMs.

• Define and execute a growth strategy aimed at tripling revenue over 3–5 years.
• Lead all aspects of the business, from operations and finance to business development.
• Leverage and cultivate strong relationships with OEMs and key industry stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring scalability and efficiency in production, quality, and delivery.
• Partner with the Board and PE sponsors to develop and execute exit strategies.
• Mentor and build a high‑performing leadership team across all functions.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, including participation in customer engagements and operational problem‑solving.

• Proven aerospace sector experience, particularly with engine components or related manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in PE‑backed companies, including scaling businesses and executing profitable exits.
• Strong relationships with OEMs and a deep understanding of the aerospace supply chain.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: able to pivot between strategy and execution, driving results across all business functions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
