Gardena, CA (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fridays)
Salary: $/yr - $/yr + discretionary bonus

We are seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to lead the credit and collections operations for a tire and wheel manufacturer and distributor. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Controller.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee credit and collections processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Manage credit risk and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead and develop a small team focused on commercial collections and problem resolution
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of management experience in credit and collections
- Large company experience, ideally in distribution, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing
- Proven track record in credit/risk management and customer service
