Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking a senior Residential Construction Project Manager who excels in managing high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities and requirements for the role are outlined below.

• Work on extremely high-end residential projects.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals, estimate costs, and manage schedules.
• Manage budgets and schedules.
• Build strong client relationships.

• 5–7 years of experience in construction project management in the high-end residential industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges smoothly.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal team members.
• Knowledge of construction operations, safety guidelines, and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED Accreditation are a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Successful completion of a background check
