Job Summary

Dorman continues to grow and we re seeking another experienced Supervisor to join our team on our overnight shift Sunday through Thursday, 9:30PM - 6:00AM, as our recently hired supervisor has transitioned to our weekend shift. As a Supervisor at Dorman, you ll oversee distribution activities including planning, budgeting, material handling, picking, packing and shipping of raw materials and/or finished goods.

Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory and associated records. Leadership responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, resolving problems, mentoring and coaching. • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel.
• Able to deliver a turnover rate commensurate with annual site goals.
• Able to lead projects and execute desired results.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of production equipment (preferred).
• Physical Requirement:
  Capability to lift 45 pounds.

  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.

• Bachelor s degree (B.
  
  A.) from four-year college or university; or HS Diploma with adequate related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory skills / experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,100.00 to $90,400.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
