Senior Project Manager

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Construction Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering successful construction projects by overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance from project setup through closeout. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing job setup activities including project costing, labor hours, scheduling, and crew coordination, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all local, state, and national building codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Manager role, with a proven track record of managing $15–$20M+ in project value. This role requires strong financial acumen, as the Project Manager will develop and manage budgets, oversee billing preparation, coordinate subcontractors, and align labor resources to meet customer schedules. This position is not suited for superintendents focused solely on labor oversight;

the client is seeking a true project manager who can effectively manage both operations and project finances. No specific certifications are required, as demonstrated experience and performance are the top priorities.

REQUIRED

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience in the field with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising and running construction projects
• Experience as a Project Manager managing projects of at least $15 Million in value
• Prior Experience and proficiency in managing finances, scheduling, timeline, and labor of projects
