What We’re Seeking in the Next CEO

The Core Collective is looking for a visionary, growth-oriented leader who can inspire others, act strategically, and deliver results. Key strengths include:

  • Ability to chart a compelling path forward and lead major initiatives
  • Experience strengthening financial sustainability and diversifying funding
  • Deep community engagement and relationship building capacity
  • Fundraising expertise that drives visibility, investment, and partnership
  • Strong operational leadership, stewardship, and attention to detail
Compensation

Compensation: The starting salary range is $150,000 to $180,000, with excellent benefits.
