For 175 years, The Core Collective has been a steadfast force for children and families, evolving with the needs of the community while staying rooted in purpose and compassion. What began as St. Vincent Home, founded as an orphanage following a cholera outbreak, has grown into a multidimensional agency serving children, youth, families, and the broader community. Today, The Core Collective offers programs, services, and relationships that strengthen young lives through stability, belonging, and opportunity.

What We’re Seeking in the Next CEOThe Core Collective is looking for a visionary, growth-oriented leader who can inspire others, act strategically, and deliver results. Key strengths include:
- Ability to chart a compelling path forward and lead major initiatives
- Experience strengthening financial sustainability and diversifying funding
- Deep community engagement and relationship building capacity
- Fundraising expertise that drives visibility, investment, and partnership
- Strong operational leadership, stewardship, and attention to detail
Compensation: The starting salary range is $150,000 to $180,000, with excellent benefits.
