Our Client’s Marketing & Creative practice is seeking a dynamic Practice Director of Sales to lead our Westwood branch sales efforts. This is a lead-by-example sales leadership role
, responsible for driving new business, managing key client relationships, and mentoring a team of two experienced sales professionals.
The ideal candidate is an experienced business development professional with deep knowledge of the marketing, creative, and digital staffing industry
, a proven track record of breaking new accounts, and the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
- Business Development & Growth
- Generate new business opportunities by targeting prospective clients and expanding relationships with existing Our Client customers.
- Re‑engage and recapture former client accounts through consultative sales strategies.
- Represent Our Client’s Marketing & Creative practice as a trusted partner for staffing and workforce solutions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring delivery of exceptional service and results.
- Identify client needs and craft customized staffing solutions to address business challenges.
- Maintain a strong presence in the market through client visits, networking, and thought leadership.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of two sales professionals through coaching, joint client meetings, and performance management.
- Set the standard for sales excellence by consistently delivering results and modeling best practices.
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client demand and candidate delivery.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry, with a strong preference for marketing, creative, and digital staffing expertise
. - Demonstrated success in new business development, account growth, and client retention.
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching or mentoring sales professionals.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
