Working as a Regional Soft Services Manager (RSM), you will lead, manage, and inspire a team of custodial services leaders and associates in your region. You will be part of the regional leadership team, providing planning, direction, and guidance to your accounts, while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Your goal is to achieve operational and financial objectives in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent service.

Build strong relationships with clients at all levels and achieve KPIs such as profitability, safety, and engagement.

Participate in the regional leadership team; share best practices, mitigate risks, promote diversity, and foster community.

Manage all accounts within your territory, communicate effectively with key partners, and make balanced decisions considering risks and rewards.

Support the Client Manager in establishing the cultural tone of the region; meet regularly with the team to ensure transparency, safety, accountability, and alignment.

Collaborate with partners to support regional initiatives.

Ensure compliance with QA, J&J policies, and program requirements; complete all reports on time.

Promote development alongside the Client Account Manager; conduct performance evaluations and succession planning, focusing on multi-unit management skills.

Administer policies and procedures fairly and consistently.

Stay informed about marketplace trends and participate in strategic planning meetings.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred, or 5-7 years of progressive experience in multi-unit services or related fields.

Strong leadership background with experience in contract/budget management, customer service, and negotiations.

Proven track record of business growth and team leadership, with strong financial skills.

Ability to think strategically, analytically, and quickly.

Excellent client relationship, influencing, listening, and communication skills.

Proactive, positive, professional, flexible, and resilient mindset.

Strong initiative, ownership, multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Multi-site travel up to 50% required.

Additional Information:

The minimum pay rate is $96,000 to $144,000, with potential benefits including medical, well-being, financial planning, and incentives.
