• Strategic Leadership and Goal Achievement: Lead the Site Leadership Team, set, communicate, and track specific, measurable goals (KPIs) for the site. Drive accountability to ensure targets are met; report progress to management and staff.
• Financial Stewardship and Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation and achievement of financial objectives, including operating and capital budgets. Implement robust IT and control systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and sound financial structures. Analyze operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and keep management informed of progress.
• Compliance, Quality, and EHS Management: Ensure adherence to regulations, company policies, and ISO standards. Develop, implement, and improve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001); conduct hazard assessments and audits. Track EHS issues, lead corrective actions, and conduct incident investigations to share lessons learned. Oversee EHS training, maintain documentation, and manage emergency response plans.
• Departmental Leadership and Staff Development: Lead key departments (Administration, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and EHS). Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Foster a positive environment that supports ongoing staff development.
• General Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned to support site operations and objectives.
