HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC (CORRECTIONAL FACILITY)
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will repair and maintain automotive and heavy maintenance and construction equipment; maintain order and supervise the conduct of incarcerated persons (IP’s); to protect and maintain the safety of persons and property; may instruct, lead, or supervise IP’s; and to do other related work. All applications will be screened and only the most qualified will be interviewed. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
