Who You Are

• 6+ years of senior leadership experience, including CEO, President, COO, or General Manager roles with full P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to scale organizations, drive strategic outcomes, and foster exceptional cultures
• Skilled at navigating complexity, ambiguity, and transformational change
• Values‑driven, growth‑oriented, and passionate about building organizations that thrive internally and externally
• Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self‑awareness, and understanding others
• Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

• Prior experience leading conscious organizations or values‑driven companies
• Experience scaling businesses in dynamic, mission‑driven sectors
