We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch performance goals and metrics
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of banking professionals to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's customer base and increase market share
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Resolve complex customer issues and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Collaborate with other departments to implement new products, services, and initiatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Represent the bank at community events and build strong relationships with local businesses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in branch/warehouse operational management
• 3+ years of experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• HVAC knowledge preferred
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills
• Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends
