Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Marina, CA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring strong customer service, and supporting the management team. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, enforcing store policies, managing inventory, and assisting in developing and motivating staff to achieve business goals. The Assistant Manager will also help with resolving customer inquiries and implementing strategies to drive productivity and sales performance.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Experience in operational tasks such as inventory management and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and customers
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Previous experience in retail or food and beverage industry management is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in Management, Business, or relevant fields is a plus
