This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Marina, CA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring strong customer service, and supporting the management team. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, enforcing store policies, managing inventory, and assisting in developing and motivating staff to achieve business goals. The Assistant Manager will also help with resolving customer inquiries and implementing strategies to drive productivity and sales performance.
