Qualified candidates will possess 7+ years of wealth management industry experience of which 5 as a team lead or manager in addition to possessing an active series 7 FINRA license.

• Manage branch staff and show a tactful relationship building skills coupled with diplomacy
• Educate all employees on administrative policies and procedure
• Conduct performance reviews and make personnel decisions related to compensation and promotion
• Escalate supervisory issues when necessary and follow-up locally on issues identified by the management team
• Recruit, select, onboard, train and manage administrative support staff

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Division. We help clients meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You’ll be a member of the team, reporting directly to the Manhattan Market Director and working closely with the branch manager.

You ll manage a group of support staff across your branch, acting as a coach on all aspects of the role.
