• Lead and scale the AI transaction operation function, managing multiple teams including Team Leads.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, KPI, and quality frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the key liaison between operations, AI development, and product management teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimization.
• Oversee training programs to ensure team readiness and skill development.
• Manage capacity planning, workforce management, and resource forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.
• Provide strategic insights based on operational data to influence AI model enhancements and product roadmap.
• Lead change management efforts in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment.
