VP/SVP, Head of Clinical Development – Metabolic & Endocrine Disorders

A dynamic, science-driven biotech company is seeking a Head of Clinical Development (VP, SVP, or CMO level) to lead clinical strategy and execution across a first-in-class pipeline focused on cardio, metabolic, endocrine, and hepatology-related disorders
. This is a fully onsite position and a high-impact leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape development from early stages through pivotal trials.

• Lead clinical strategy across all stages of development—from IND through late-phase
• Oversee clinical trial design, execution, data interpretation, and regulatory interactions
• Build and lead a high-performing clinical team
• Serve as a key medical voice in cross-functional leadership, working closely with R&D, regulatory, and executive teams
• Represent the company in regulatory meetings, at scientific conferences, and with KOLs

• MD or MD/PhD with board certification or deep clinical expertise in metabolism, cardio, endocrinology, or hepatology
• Significant experience in clinical development leadership roles, ideally at the VP/SVP level
• Proven track record in trial design, regulatory strategy, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in early- to late-phase development within relevant therapeutic areas
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on biotech environment
