Shipping Lead

# Shipping Lead## Description The Shipping Lead is responsible for setting the standard for safety, efficiency, and professionalism within the shipping department. This role requires expert forklift operation, accurate handling of inventory, and precise execution of inbound and outbound shipping activities. The Shipping Lead must be highly proficient in the EFI system, ensure data and documentation accuracy, and provide guidance and training to other shipping personnel.

This position also provides leadership support and serves as a backup for the Logistics Manager or Supervisor when needed.

*** Minimum of
** 3–5 years of forklift operation experience**
* ** Minimum of 2-3 years of shipping or receiving experience
**** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*** Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Advanced computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, scanners, and related software
