What Your Experience Will Be: As an Implementation Project Manager you will play a crucial role in the successful onboarding of new clients. Your work will blend project management, client relationship management, and technical execution. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Product, Sales, and Customer Experience—to ensure a cohesive customer journey. The role is remote and may require occasional travel for client visits or company offsites.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Client Engagement
    :
    Establish and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring they are informed and confident.
  • Project Management & Execution
    :
    Deliver projects on time, within scope, and exceeding client expectations. Identify and mitigate risks, manage resources, and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Customization & Configuration
    :
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk‑management strategies while continuously improving processes.
  • Training & Support
    :
    Deliver impactful training sessions and build a robust training framework integrated into the customer journey.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    :
    Track progress against milestones, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Client Relationships & Championship
    :
    Act as a trusted advisor, make strategic recommendations, and drive outcomes for customers.
  • Continuous Improvement
    :
    Evaluate and refine onboarding processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience:

    3+ years of onboarding or customer success experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Traits & Behaviors:
    Customer‑centric mindset, strong organization, attention to detail, time management, responsiveness, empathy, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Adaptability:
    Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment and excels under pressure.
  • Coachability:

    Skills:

    Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, assertiveness, persistence, persuasion, and high EQ.
  • Preferred Experience:

    SaaS or hospitality (hotels or restaurants) experience is a plus.
