* What You Will Do:

*** Champion service standards across all Spa Botanica locations, ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
* Lead hiring, scheduling, and ongoing education for licensed spa professionals—we grow talent from within.
* Collaborate with hotel sales to drive spa revenue through group business partnerships.
* Own your P&L like a pro—prepare budgets, track results, and steer toward profitability.
* Manage inventory, retail, and product supply so the shelves are always stocked and the spa runs smoothly.
* Drive marketing efforts, both online and in the community, to keep our spas buzzing with guests.
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Supervisory Spa

Experience:

At least one year leading a spa or salon team—because this role is about coaching and lifting others.
* Financial Acumen:
You’ll speak confidently about revenue, budgets, and spa profitability—it’s not just wellness, it’s a business.
