• Hourly pay of $18.00 – $20.00 plus commission.

• Lead site staff and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site.
• Assist with daily paperwork in the Manager/Assistant Site Manager’s absence.
• Provide the best customer experience by training the teamильм on all programs and building loyalty through the membership program.
• Train the team on Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
• Provide daily direction to staff and ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed.
• Maintain strong problem‑solving skills and stay in regular communication with the Site Manager.
• Follow through on site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
• Create a culture of exceptional customer care.
• Provide proactive leadership, direction, training, and feedback to the team.
• Maintain high product knowledge and product preparation.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain a safe environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
• Follow directions and make consistent decisions with the job functions.
• Perform after‑hours site cleaning (including tunnel equipment, floors, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, and queuing area).
• Adhere to uniform appearance policy and maintain high standards of personal appearance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
• Enjoy working outdoors.
• Be a team player.

• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Offer and sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prep vehicles within company guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are BLISS clean and perform quality control checks.

• Maintain the highest level of customer care.
• Adapt to the ever‑changing high‑volume retail environment.
• Take initiative when problems arise.
• Be flexible to adapt to a variety of situations.
• Pay attention to detail and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Lead, support, and edm contributions to team goals.

• Communicate in English.
• Communicate operational concerns with Management and co‑workers.

• Reports to the Site Manager.

• Works outdoors with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
• Constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions.
• Exposure to noise and vibration.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible hours, night and day, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate all related equipment.
