Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee managers and supervisors supporting Incoming and Outgoing Mail Operations
- Plan, schedule, and direct high-volume mailroom operations involving complex workflows
- Make and support difficult operational decisions to ensure efficiency and service delivery
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment and encourage employee growth and upward mobility
- In partnership with the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), recommend organizational changes, establish goals and objectives, and develop operational plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills
- Proven leadership ability in an operational or administrative setting
- Strong digital competence and comfort working with technology-based systems
