Be the Force Behind Franchise Success
If you’re a multi‑unit QSR leader who thrives on building relationships, driving operational excellence, and turning good restaurants into great ones, this is your stage. As a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC), you’ll be the trusted partner to franchise owners, guiding them to meet and exceed brand standards while maximizing profitability across a diverse portfolio of locations.
What You’ll Do- Champion Brand Standards – Ensure every location delivers on our promise of cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service.
- Coach for Performance – Identify operational gaps, create tailored action plans, and recognize strengths as much as weaknesses.
- Drive Profitability – Analyze P&Ls, uncover cost‑control opportunities, and help franchisees grow sales.
- Lead New Openings – Coordinate launches and ensure operational readiness from day one.
- Solve Problems Fast – Manage urgent and non‑urgent repair requests, including hands‑on inspections (yes, sometimes that means climbing a ladder to check an AC unit).
- Influence Without Auditing – Build trust with franchisees while holding them accountable to the systems that drive success.
- Document & Deliver – Log visits in operational systems, maintain timely communication, and ensure follow‑through on every commitment.
You’ll be the frontline brand protector for a large, multi‑unit footprint, ensuring every guest experience reflects our values. You’ll also be a profitability driver
, helping franchisees make smart, data‑backed decisions. And you’ll be a change agent
, ensuring new programs and best practices stick at the store level.
We want a confident, empathetic, and resilient leader who can take pushback, stand firm on standards, and still maintain strong relationships. You’ll need to be as comfortable discussing financial metrics as you are climbing onto a rooftop for an inspection.

- Experience influencing franchisees or independent operators
- A balance of diplomacy and accountability — you can inspire change without alienating stakeholders
- Hands‑on operational knowledge — you’ve been in the trenches and understand the pace of QSR
- Multi‑brand oversight experience
You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact and the support of a leadership team that values results, relationships, and doing things the right way. You’ll work with a passionate franchise community and a company that believes in investing in its people
.
