Shift Supervisor - Airport

• Full time
• Previous airport experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred of 2+years
• Airport/Aviation experience preferred
• Pay Rate $30.92
• Guard card required
• Shift and schedule:
  Weekends as needed, holidays, and full availability

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all procedures and creating a positive work environment for employees.
• Oversee facilities, security and customer service
• Assist in daily schedule operations and collaborate with terminal management on weekly schedules to meet passenger demand and ensure adequate staffing.
• Actively participates in the comprehensive safety program and ensures that all operations personnel adhere to SOP.
• Conduct and monitor on-the job training and development
• Facilitate daily activities by identifying problems and recommending solutions to Prosegur terminal management

• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods/environment.
• Interact with clients, passengers, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Maintain a calm and professional positive attitude in times of high stress conditions and normal operating conditions.
• Oversees the scheduling requirements/attendance monitor for employees/agents under their supervision.
• Provides direction for employees through appropriate communication both oral and written.
• Must possess a complete understanding of terminal operations with the ability to act as a lead person.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and safe practices.
• Observes and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to their manager and proper authorities.
• Properly manage workloads during peak times to minimize passenger waiting times.
• Duties and responsibilities are subject to change at any time to meet client expectations.

• Work experience as a Supervisor or similar management role (2+ years)
• Airport/Aviation experience preferred (2+ years)
• Knowledge of security procedures preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in basic English
• Must have full availability and flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Available to work scheduled and non-scheduled hours
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Knowledge of security operations and procedure
• Extremely outgoing individuals with great customer service and leadership skills

This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

• Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
