Assistant Community Manager – Carmichael, CA

USA Properties Fund, Inc., a subsidiary of USA Multifamily Management, Inc., specializes in managing tax credit residential multifamily communities across California and Nevada. We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 139‑unit Senior Community in Carmichael.

Job Summary
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to manage the property and meet objectives set by the Regional Property Manager and owner
  • Assist in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received
  • Act as the primary manager in the Community Manager’s absence, assuming all related responsibilities
Required Skills
  • Minimum six months of on‑site property management experience at a Tax Credit/Section 42 property (LIHTC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience & Education
  • Strong customer‑service and sales skills
  • Experience with YARDI Voyager is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
