Base Pay Range

$60.00/hr - $67.35/hr

• Senior Project Manager will create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones for the Converged Ordering project
• Lead scope, schedule, and quality delivery, ensuring the project stays on track and meets deadlines
• Provide occasional presentations to VP-level stakeholders, demonstrating progress and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with program managers and other project managers for cross-functional support and coordination
• Manage communications across both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless coordination and transparency
• As a Senior Project Manager, you will monitor and track project budgets (though the budget itself is managed by another team), while overseeing project burn‑downs and maintaining project timelines
• Handle all aspects of project management with minimal hand holding in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large‑scale application development projects, especially in telecommunications or related industries
• Hands‑on experience with scope, schedule, and budget management for large projects
• Experience managing high‑visibility projects with cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to drive projects forward independently, with solid decision‑making and communication skills
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and delivery quality without micromanagement

• Project Management certifications are a plus but not required
• Previous experience working with a company or similar telecommunications companies
• Telecom industry experience, particularly with ordering systems and processes
