We’re currently seeking a West Coast Community Manager with student housing expertise who’s willing to relocate to Hawaii to lead operations at a student housing community in Honolulu.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about managing Class A student properties, driving occupancy, and leading a dedicated team. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership.

• Oversee day-to-day operations at a major student housing property
• Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff
• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

• 3+ years of experience managing student housing properties
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting
• Experience with leasing and marketing, including social media and resident events
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Earn $110k or more in total compensation, including salary and bonuses
• Potential for a 100% rent discount and a relocation bonus
