Location: California

The VP of Sales is a key member of the U.S Aesthetic & corrective Business Unit Leadership team. This executive will help shape and execute sales strategy in partnership with senior leadership, removing barriers and prioritizing key franchise initiatives. The role leads a national sales force of 200+ Sales Representatives, Managers, and Strategic Account Managers, a driving performance to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
  • Direct sales forecasting, set performance goals, and ensure delivery of results within budget.
  • Analyze national and regional market trends to adjust strategies for continued growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, analytics, supply chain, HR, compliance, medical affairs) to maximize sales impact.
  • Oversee sales compensation programs in partnership with HR and compensation teams.
  • Ensure sales team structure, processes, and territory alignment support organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Lead national and regional sales meetings and represent the sales team in corporate discussions.
  • Foster a strong leadership culture by developing and mentoring high-potential talent for future executive roles.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations across all sales activities.
Preferred

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Life Sciences; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience, including 10+ years in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales leadership, including field force management.
  • Proven experience leading commercial teams through product launches and changing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. aesthetics market, including regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective leader with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Position is commensurate with experience.
