Correctional Supervising Cook, CF
The Correctional Supervising Cook ensures that all items needed for meals are present, and in the proper amount, and supervises the preparation of meals ensuring that all foods meet standards for quality and wholesomeness. The cook supervises and instructs incarcerated persons in all phases of cooking, proper use and handling of utensils, foods, and equipment, and adheres to sanitation standards. The cook adheres to rules and regulations set forth in institutional procedures, the Department Operations Manual, and Food Services policies and procedures.
