• General Training & Comprehension – Learn and perform job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions; operate and teach others on industrial cleaning equipment.
• Leadership Development – Assist in training, quality control, and in‑servicing of staff per policies and federal/state requirements.
• Policies & Procedures – Ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
• Reporting – Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for HCSG and facility management.
• Training – Responsible for training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff; conduct tours to assess work quality.
• Leadership – Handle payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Communication – Effectively convey directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff.
• Safety – Use protective gear, responsibly mix and use cleaning solutions, report equipment or product issues, and follow infection control policies.
• Punctuality – Maintain consistent attendance, arrive on time, and respond to paging system promptly.
• Customer Experience – Represent HCSG courteously, cooperatively, and with respect to supervisors, coworkers, and client staff.
• Resident Experience – Provide positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

• Positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• After training, perform responsibilities independently without injury to self or others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and web‑based reporting.
• Ability to be scheduled and on time for work.
• Comply with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, bend, walk for extended periods.
• Perform routine repetitive tasks continuously.
• Work around food and cleaning products.
• Live in the service area.
