Role Overview
Program Manager – Exempt. ADB Companies, LLC is a Nationwide full‑turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions, including Wireline (OSP), Wireless, P&I, and Technology (ISP). The Program Manager oversees multiple telecommunications projects and is responsible for the entire end‑to‑end Project Management lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑level Project Management leadership, managing time, cost, scope, and financials for large, multi‑line‑of‑business projects.
- Partner with Chief of Staff to implement process improvements and efficiency suggestions.
- Manage Change Order issues or conflicts.
- Report end‑to‑end project financials, maintaining budgets, WIP, P&L.
- Perform department audits and QA/QC processes.
- Drive successful project close‑out, resolving delays and gaps.
- Create project plans and deliverables aligned with customer contracts.
- Act as a master relationship builder, liaison between departments and stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally with customers, maintaining relationship and satisfaction throughout project progress.
- Ensure project processes and procedures meet COE standards within all projects/markets.
- Be self‑managed, meet deadlines, and hold others accountable to the same expectations.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Availability to travel Nationwide.

- Advanced knowledge of PMO software/tracking tools.
- Office in a warehouse setting; may have dirt, gravel, or similar matter near work spaces.
- Standard office equipment: laptop, copy machine, smartphone.
- May visit construction sites, must wear common PPE and safety equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats, vests, and steel‑toed boots.
- 6+ years of end‑to‑end customer Project Management experience within Technology, Telecom, and/or Utility Construction.
- PMP preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT preferred, but not required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Starting pay: $80,000 per year, variable based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
