Position Information
The Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO)/Chief of Staff participates with other higher-level managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes decisions on operational matters and ensures achievement of objectives for a large college or operating unit with a direct impact on a major segment of the organization, or with significant multi-organizational or multi-institutional influence. Reviews and approves recommendations for operational planning and control.
Erroneous decisions will have serious impact on the overall success of the department, division and/or the organization. The salary range for this position is $ to $ annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $ annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
