We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead mission‑critical data center projects from inception to completion. From day one you will be given the tools to excel, take on meaningful responsibilities, and experience why ARCO is truly the best place to build a career.
- Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of data center projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
- Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
- Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
- Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
- Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
- Conduct biweekly job site meetings on site
- Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
- Commit to quality by evaluating project‑related processes
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines to meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
- Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and associates
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data center construction or mission‑critical projects
- Highly preferred design‑build experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP and IT infrastructure for data centers
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
