Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead a small team, oversee daily administrative operations, and ensure the office runs efficiently. This role plays a key part in business growth by supporting sales efforts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver who can take on responsibilities from the Agent, allowing for a smoother workflow and enhanced productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Monitor sales tasks, policy updates, and customer follow-ups in the ECRM system.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team questions and issue resolution.
  • Ensure CSR employees and Sales Reps are meeting goals and completing assigned tasks.
  • Manage high-value client accounts and ensure top-tier service.
  • Organize and distribute tasks from the Agent’s email as needed.
  • Handle employee scheduling, PTO requests, and ensure proper office coverage.
  • Review and distribute timecards, ensuring accuracy before submission.
  • Maintain a smooth workflow by delegating tasks and ensuring follow-through.
