- Base Pay – Regular salary or hourly wage, paid on the standard payroll schedule

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure the property is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. You will oversee all maintenance operations, including appearance, safety, preventative maintenance, repairs, and the make-ready process. You will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by keeping the property in top condition and leading your team to respond efficiently to maintenance needs.
WhatYou Need
- High school diploma or GED; trade school degree preferred
- Minimum five years’ maintenance experience, including tile, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Certification Type I and II, or Universal, and CPO certification required
- CAMT certification preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills; ability to mentor and develop others
- Proven ability to remain composed and solve problems under pressure
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills; ability to share ideas and encourage others
