FLSA: Non-Exempt

Job Overview: Overnight Custodian at a Planet Fitness club. Provide a clean club for members and perform office tasks as needed.

• Ensure daily cleaning standards are met, maintaining a clean club environment.
• Assist members at the welcome desk during overnight hours; occasionally conduct tours, welcome new members, or perform enrollment tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and positivity, encouraging members in a judgment‑free environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, and handling chemicals safely.

• Minimum age 18.
• Passion for serving others.
• Custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet duties without supervision.
• On‑time dependability.
• English language proficiency; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation).

• Overnight shift, including weekends and holidays.
