Role DescriptionThe Housekeeping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, MO. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned spaces, performing housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Additional duties include handling laundry tasks, maintaining linens, and ensuring supplies are stocked. The role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and satisfaction.
Adherence to established cleaning and safety protocols is essential.
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry tasks, with attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to meet and exceed client expectations
- Experience in following instructions, adhering to cleanliness standards, and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to participate in or provide Training to improve technical skills and enhance team performance
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products is advantageous
- High level of reliability and the ability to work autonomously
