Operates industrial machinery and transports items from one location within the FC to another. May work in various departments, such Inbound, Replenishment, Outbound, and Maintenance.

• Perform daily forklift maintenance safety inspection
• Follow forklift safety protocols
• Operate forklifts, balers, scrubbers, and pallet trucks
• Transport products from one location to another
• Sort and organize products
• Operate an RF gun/PDA device
• Keep record of inventory, reconcile any discrepancies, and consolidate products
• Move items and carts from one location to another
• Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department
• May participate in training new drivers
• (Maintenance only)
  • Remove trash, spills, and dropped/broken items
  • Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment
  • Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary

• Must be able to remain in stationary position (sit and stand) for 10+ hours
• Must be able to move and walk for 10+ hours
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs of exerted force

• High School diploma or GED
• Forklift experience

• PIT Certifications
  • Forklift operator certification
  • Walkie Rider Certification
  • Scrubber Certification
  • Baler Certification

Hourly pay rates range from $20 - $21.50, varies by shift & tenure. Pay rate depends on position, shift, and experience. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
