Contents Technician

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Contents Manager, the Contents Technician will work alongside other team members as well as individually in processing personal property (contents) in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Packing, Moving, and storing content
• Moving, unpacking, and resetting homes
• Restoration of content affected by fire, smoke, odor, sewer, water, and mold
• Ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standard at all times
• Ongoing communications relating to the content department
• Ensure quality assurance procedures and protocols are met at all times

Experience & Education
:

• Restoration/construction experience a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
