Pennington Seed/Central Garden & Pet Company We seek a highly motivated, conscientious, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a ASN Clerk in our Greenfield, Missouri PPII Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Check drivers in and out, provide the driver with the necessary paperwork for the load.

Specific Critical Responsibilities:

• Be kind and courteous to the drivers
• Be familiar with Excel to be able to maintain the truck schedule for the day
• Check in the driver, make certain that the driver receives the correct load and paperwork.
• Provide the loaders with the correct paperwork for the load to be loaded
• Post all out going paperwork once the driver leaves the property.

Secondary Responsibilities: (tasks that need to be completed, but do not fall into the above)

• Check the paperwork for the next day to make certain everything is correct
• Scan files into the on-line file storage

Related Area:

• Work closely with the truck loaders to see that the paperwork is filled out correctly
• Work with the supervisors to make certain there is enough product for the loads
• Must be able to work independently
