A Site Services Helper performs a variety of duties to assist in maintaining facilities and equipment, often under the direction of a supervisor. This role involves assisting with repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of buildings and equipment, as well as providing support for more skilled tasks.

• Support the lead carpenter by executing fundamental tasks that aid in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures.
• Execute tasks such as replacing light bulbs, cleaning equipment, maintaining work spaces, and conducting routine repairs.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment by cleaning work areas, removing debris, and properly storing tools and materials.
• Adhere to directives from supervisors or tradespeople and follow safety protocols.
• Under the guidance of more experienced staff, may carry out minor repairs like patching walls or replacing floor tiles.
• Additional responsibilities as required, including moving furniture, arranging rooms, or assisting with grounds maintenance.

• Entry Level
• Industrial construction experience preferred
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain vigilance regarding safety protocols and work quality.
• Proficient in effective communication with supervisors and tradespeople.
• Ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
