Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Cleaner and be a vital part of our team dedicated to providing top‑notch cleaning services in Fort Wayne, IN. • Bourbon :
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1 hr clean (Friday is weekend optional)
• Plymouth :
  Wednesday & Friday 1 hr clean (Friday is weekend optional)

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies correctly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
