At Pollard Properties, we pride ourselves on creating vibrant, well-maintained communities that residents are proud to call home. With multifamily communities across Missouri and a growing portfolio, we’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations in Wright City.

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all property maintenance activities, including supervising maintenance staff, scheduling and tracking work orders, and performing hands-on repairs. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service.

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff
• Assign, track, and close work orders using App Folio or similar software
• Track expenses and parts used per work order to ensure budget control
• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Oversee unit turnovers and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work complies with building, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and vendor coordination
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and property staff

• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience (multifamily or commercial)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or crew management experience
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $27 – $35/hour (based on experience)
Hours: 35–50 per week
