We are seeking a skilled trades person to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.

• Proven experience in facilities management or related role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a budget and prioritize tasks effectively

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, standards, and schedules
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage budgets and expenses related to facilities maintenance
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance facility efficiency and functionality
• Collaborate with other departments to meet facility-related needs
• Provide timely reports to leadership on facility operations and maintenance issues
