We are seeking an Equipment Operator to support our warehouse operations. This position completes assigned duties to ensure that products are received, put away, accurately picked or packaged in a timely manner for inbound/outbound shipments.

• Frequently reaches above shoulder level to lift or otherwise move objects that weigh between 50‑100 pounds (assisted) when unloading and sorting pallet products
• Pushes and pulls frequently
• Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast‑paced environment
• Follows verbal and written instructions, reads paperwork/manifestos to complete tasks
• Operates a forklift and/or pallet jack to pull product for production use
• Completes workload safely and efficiently, following all safety standards, procedures and processes
• Regularly ensures that product reloading is properly handled to minimize damage to products
• Uses PPE when required
• Submits paperwork correctly
• Completes other duties as assigned
• Uses RF scanners

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid license to operate company equipment
• Previous warehouse work experience helpful
• Reach truck, cherry picker, sit‑down forklift experience
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills
• Great attention to detail
• Diligence and punctuality

• Regularly required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 35 pounds
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Works in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
• Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout the building

Starting base pay: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
